Thai Cooking Class in Hua Hin

A one day course, starting at 9 am.

We start by taking you shopping at Hua Hin local market.Here we will buy all ingredients that we will need for that day.

From the market we will continue to our house in town , where we will take a short coffee break , and start making preparations for the course.

First we will teach you how to make currypaste, "traditional thai way", followed by the first dish ( Keang keaw wan kai ) green curry with chicken.

We will first demonstrate how to make the dish, after when it will be your turn to make your own ( with our help off course )

Other dishes on the course are;
- Homok (sea food soufle )
- Tom yam khung ( spicy soup with shrimps )
- Kkhanom lot chon ( thai desert )

The course will start at 9 am until 3 pm

We have courses daily for min 4 - 10 people.
